Please go the video lesson on installation in your course.
Note that Sage changes the software registration licence code every year.
You will see notices of this from October each year telling you that you need a new registration code.
You can ignore these notices until the end of December i.e. by selecting that you don’t want to enter a new code now. The software will continue to function normally.
In January of each year we update the new code to re-register the software.
What this means though is that the code in your manual could be outdated.
For example you could receive your manual in December and start the course in January.
Therefore, please always go to the video lesson here on the portal that deals with installation. In it, you will find the latest registration code to use to register the software.
Also note that you don’t need the DVD to install the software. You can do so by downloading the installation files (again – please see the video lesson on installation which has the download links)

If you have already watched the video lesson on installation and you are still experiencing issues and need help then you can setup a Remote Assistance session (where we use software like Teamviewer to remotely login to your computer).
Details for this are also included in the installation lesson.

We have no control from our side over SageU.
For any SageU issues we have to log the issue with Sage and they have to advise.
