Thank you so much, I’ve been opening them thinking I need to sort it out with “Text to column”.

The only reason I tried doing it in a new spreadsheet is to have headings in the file to import it, in the csv. file it’s not giving me the option to make headings?
I’ve tried with the original files you sent and comes up as an error or says in the one column “do not import”.
I don’t know if my excel is the problem.
Will it be possible to schedule a team viewer appointment please?

I’ve done the Data>>>Text to column in Excel, please see attached photo.
On page 97 it says that it would be much easier if the data contains column headings. For some reason the csv. file is not giving me the option to make headings, I’ve attached a screenshot of that as well. I’ve tried importing the data to a new spreadsheet, it gives me columns, I then save it as a cv. file but as soon as I open the csv. file again the headings are gone. What could the reason be for this?
I’ve tried uploading the suppliers data and the it gives me an error message, that I’ve attached or when it goes through to the “Map import file fields” at the second column where everything is supposed to be a mirror of what the other column is, it gives me “do not import”.
