Hi Zunaid
Janine, as an example, 01 January 2024, she had 18 days of leave carried over from the previous year. She did take leave in January. By 01.02 February, how many days did she have left and how many days should have expired.
Then, I need the calculation to be made each month as the year progresses.
I hope I am not confusing the issue.

The start date I mean, each employee’s actual start date. But it needs to take the month into consideration for each year. e.g Janine started 01.08, so she must use her 15 days leave by 01.02 of the new year.
I need to calculate at 18 months, whether she has used her 15 days leave.
Leave accumulates at 1.25 days per month. So, at 18 months, she should have 7.5 days remaining (if not already taken taken). Anything more than 7.5 days needs to be indicated in a separate column as leave that is expired.
I hope this makes sense.
