Then insert the date of the end of the previous period i.e. the period before your first VAT period you will be using.

I don’t really understand the requirement from what you have put above.
One would need to look at the actual leave policy wording i.e. when does it expire e.g. it always expires after 18 months.
Assuming that to be the case i.e. it expires after 18 months, we would need the 2023 history as well and I assume Q1-Q4 is only the current year history.
I also picked up a number of other errors in the spreadsheet.

Can you please send let me know what you mean by the Start Date i.e. do you mean the start of the current year – or the date the employee started (but this wouldn’t make sense as this would involve multiple years of leave)
Also – please note I removed the file. It has details on the employees of the company and this is a forum where other students will also be able to see that file.

It looks like you created the company on the normal Sage One system instead of the training system.
For the course you need to work on the training domain i.e.
https://training.accounting.sageone.co.za/Landing/Default.aspx
If you do it on the above it won’t be a trial and won’t expire so quickly.
It does mean you will need to start again from the start using the training domain.
Hope that clears it up. Please let me know if anything is unclear.

The video seems fine on my side, so most likely an issue with your internet connection or browser.
Is it just that video or all the other video lessons as well that are giving you a problem ?
If possible could you please try the following:
1) Use a different browser (or also clear your browser cache)
2) Try using a different internet connectionIf you’re using a work / corporate internet connection make sure with your IT dept that they haven’t blocked video.
We have had this issue with some students where their work IT Dept blocks videos from playing on their internet connection.
Please let me know if you still experience any issues after trying the above.
